On Tuesday evening I managed to book everyone on the plane to Wollongong:

Wednesday 26 November JQ720 Departing Hobart 6.10am
Arriving Sydney 0800.

Sunday 30 November JQ721 Departing Sydney 08.40
Arriving Hobart 10.35am

I used my credit card to book the flights so could everyone please forward $184.00 per person which was the final return airfare to me ASAP so I can pay it off my credit card.

I will ask for further deposits as required and I hope to pay everything before we leave.

Travel arrangements and practice matches

Wollongong Trip 2008 Morton’s Soccer School

Dear All,

We have been speaking to Jetstar and we need the following documentation to enable the boys to travel without their parents:
A) A photo school I.D. which shows their date of birth or
B) A certified copy of a birth certificate (this must be signed and witnessed by a J.P.) or
C) A valid passport

We would appreciate it if you could get this to us ASAP.

Training:

It is really important that from this Monday night every player attends every training session and every game until our departure for Wollongong.

Practice Matches:

• Saturday November 1st Practice Match v TIS girls team. 10.00am kick off at Olinda Grove, Mount Nelson. Please be at the ground by 9.00am.

• Wednesday 12 November at Olinda Grove v TIS girls 4.30pm kick off. Be at ground at 3.45pm please.

• Sunday 16 November at Birch Avenue, Launceston v Tommy Strickland’s Northern academy midday kick off. Departure times to be confirmed.

• Wednesday 19 November at Olinda Grove v TIS girls 4.30pm kick off. Be at ground at 3.45pm please.

On returning from Wollongong we have one further match to be played on December 3rd at Olinda Grove v TIS girls.
4.30pm kick off. Please be at ground by 3.45pm.

Please let Vicki know if you will be travelling with your son to Launceston or in a position to take other boys so that we can arrange transport for all and a departure time. They will provide BBQ lunch after the game.

There will also be a weekend training session on Saturday 22 November this will be held at Wellesley Park and will run from 10am to 3pm. Further information will be forthcoming.
